Refund & Cancellation Policy

Domestic Pet Relocation & Cancellation Policy (T&C Apply)*

• Domestic pet relocations by Road: The booking must be cancelled at least 4 days or 96 hours prior to the date of travel for a 100% refund. Please note that any cost incurred by operations is non-refundable. Any booking cancellation within 4 days or 96 hours prior to the travel date will incur additional charge deduction.

• Domestic pet relocations by Rail: Cancellation of domestic pet relocations by train will incur the IRCTC cancellation charges. Please note that any cost incurred by operations is non-refundable. Any booking cancellation within 4 days or 96 hours prior to the travel date will incur additional charge deduction.

• Domestic pet relocations by Air: Bookings must be cancelled at least 4 days or 96 hours prior to the date of travel for a 100% refund. Please note that any cost incurred by operations is non-refundable.

International Pet Relocation & Cancellation (T&C Apply)*

• AVI Import (cargo) – The booking must be cancelled at least 4 days prior to the date of travel for a 100% refund. Please note that any costs incurred by operations during the import process are non-refundable
  .

• AVI Export (Cargo) – The booking must be cancelled at least 4 days prior to the date of travel for a 100% refund. Please note that any costs incurred by operations during the export process are non-refundable.
  
  

• AVI Import/Export (NOC) – A No Objection Certificate is a government issued document and is mandatory for any movement into/out of the country. Once a booking is confirmed and the NOC documentation has been tagged with our ops team for further assistance, it is non-refundable & non-cancellable.

Please Notes:

• We provide free sales consultancy for your journey. Non-refundable charges will be levied for any services availed during or after the consultancy process.
• Carry My Pet reserves the right to update quotes in case of a change in airline issued charges or any other fees announced by the Government of India.
• Carry My Pet reserves the right to cancel bookings if the services required are outside our domain (Example: transporting a dog breed into a country where it is banned).
• The booking charges for a domestic pet relocation is ₹5000 and is refundable in case of timely cancellation.
• Extra services are chargeable & non-refundable once the service has been availed and preparations are underway.

1. Service Order Cancellation

Any Relocation Service being cancelled within 4 days or 96 HRS prior to the date of travel will be considered under the deduction as per the policy mentioned below:

• Domestic: INR 2000 [Slot Booking Cancellation and Consultation Charges] + Operational Cost (If any*) + IRCTC Cancellation Charges (If applicable*)
  
  
• International (Export): INR 5000 [Slot Booking Cancellation and Consultation Charges] + Operational Cost (If any*)

2. Product Order Cancellation:

• Microchip: Order cancellation option is available before the dispatch of the microchip to the receiver’s address.
  
  
• Crate: Order cancellation option is available before the dispatch of the crate to the  receiver’s address. Secondly, Incase, the crate has been delivered to the delivery address, there is any replacement claim because of any damage, it is strongly recommended to make a proper video of unboxing the same (as the proof of damaged product delivery).
   
  

  In case of crate handover from office, it is subjected to the non- returnable only replacement is possible if it is claimed due to any size issue under 7 days replacement policy. In case of replacement of the crate, the courier charges will be exclusive of the product charge.
  
  

• Rabies Titer Test: 100% refund will be applicable before the delivery of the serum extracted for the test to us from customer’s end.
